01Can I switch templates after building a website?
We do not support switching templates. You can only create a new website.
02Can I switch templates after purchasing a plan?
It is not supported on the user side, but you can contact Creght support to operate it for you in the backend.
03Is the purchased plan for the account or the site?
The plan upgrade is for the site, not the user account!
04Can I purchase a lower version plan first and then upgrade to a higher version?
Yes, and we recommend doing so. When you need to upgrade, we will calculate the fee to pay prorated by day.
05Can the website not be ICP recorded?
Of course, you just need to switch to the Hong Kong node.
